The house was designed in a carefully-planned contemporary style with a pleasant high ceiling (2.5m), a large sheltered terrace, generous roof overhangs and wide sliding glass doors to maximise the feeling of space and light.
For the flat roof version, sliding shutters give total or partial protection of the garden terrace and the other windows.
For the 2 and 4-slope roof version insulating sliding shutters give protection and privacy for all windows.

Lounge - Entrance Hall
The vast lounge allows many combinations of activities and entertaining.

Kitchen
The kitchen, which opens directly onto the terrace and the lounge, is completely ready for high-quality furniture and fittings.

Bathroom WC
The bathroom includes a fitted shower-bath and two basins.  
It has direct access to the garden to allow possible pool-house use.  Near the bathroom, the separate WC has a wash hand basin.  

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have external windows and space for storage.

Recess
One of the cupboards in the storage room houses the hot water production device and the pipes for the washing machine.

External walls
The internal facing is plaster plates fixed on a metallic frame with non-flammable thermal and sound insulation.
The external facing is formed of steel caissons (Boc Key 1) or varnished clapboard (other versions) placed in front of the rain barrier, with thermal barriers and air tightness to provide optimum insulation.

Roofing-ceiling
The lower facing is composed of plaster plates fixed on a metallic frame with non-flammable thermal and sound insulation.
The upper facing is formed of steel caissons which act as thermal barriers and seal the roof against water and air.

Doors & Windows
The main entrance door has high-performance insulating properties against heat, sound and theft.
The windows all have sliding aluminium shutters which protect against heat loss, with insulating double glazing.

In the flat roof version, the suspended sliding shutters are made of protected steel and have openings to provide ventilation.
In the 2-slope and 4-slope roof versions, the sliding shutters are in aluminium with insulating foam strips and openings for ventilation.

Partitions-internal
The facing is composed of plaster plates fixed on a metallic frame with non-flammable thermal and sound insulation.
The pre-painted door units are equipped with adjustable hinges, locks or bolts with anodised aluminium accessories.  


Surface Coverings
The floating floor coverings are of tiles, parquet or painted floorboards.
After preparing the surfaces, the ceilings, walls and internal doors are covered in washable paint.

Heating- Air Conditioning
Heating and air-conditioning are providing by a multi-split installation, which can be regulated for each individual room.
The multiplier is in the roof space; the fan-coil units for the rooms are in the suspended ceiling above the kitchen.

Electricity
The panel holds normal safety circuit breakers.  The very comfortable electrical system is cabled with TV/communication sockets in living areas and allows alarms to be connected.

Plumbing
The bath and its surround are in acrylic material, all other pieces are ceramic.  
All water supply exit points have a sectional valve.  All other taps are water-saving mixer taps with ceramic discs.
The WC also has a water-saving flush system.
The hot water storage and production is done by electric wall cumulus 150L with security group.
